My Decision

I just got off the phone with my friend, Jon Baker, and I have decided to run a marathon.  We plan on running it together, but we will see what happens.  I am so out of shape and need to do something.  I weigh 210 pounds, and my body just wants to eat and eat.  I can probably put on 3-4 pounds a week easily.  If everything goes according to plan I will run the marathon the first week of April.  I found a schedule online that is for novices, and it has three days off, including Sunday. Sounds like the schedule for me:
